摘  要:目的 探讨《医学免疫学》基础课程教学应用PBL联合CBL教学的实际价值。方法 选择本院临床医学专业2016级学生100名,将所有学生以随机数字表法分成PBL联合CBL教学组、对照组两组,每组50名。PBL联合CBL教学组学生采用PBL+CBL的教学方式,对照组学生则使用传统的LBL教学方式,针对两组学生教学情况进行对比分析。结果 两组学生的考试成绩主要从基础知识的掌握情况、病例分析得分以及总成绩三个主要方面来展开对比分析,PBL联合CBL教学组均显著好于对照组,对比差异显著(P<0.05)。两组学生在主动学习能力提升、总能归纳能力增强、学习兴趣以及学习积极性提升情况、分析以及处理问题能力提升、组织能力与沟通能力等方面的提升情况对比,PBL联合CBL教学组均显著好于对照组,对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 将PBL+CBL教学方式应用于临床专业免疫基础课程的教学当中,不仅能够帮助学生提升考试成绩,而且能够在很大程度上帮助学生提升沟通、总结归纳、梳理、自主学习、处理问题等方面的能力,值得进行进一步推广应用。Objective To explore practical value of PBL combined with CBL teaching in basic course of medical immunology.Methods The paper chose 100 clinical medicine students of 2016 in our hospital,and divided them into PBL combined with CBL teaching group and control group by random number table,with 50 cases in each group.PBL combined with CBL teaching group was treated with PBL+CBL teaching method,while control group with traditional LBL teaching method.Teaching situation between two groups was compared and analyzed.Results Test scores of two groups were compared and analyzed from three main aspects:mastery of basic knowledge,case analysis scores and total scores.PBL combined with CBL teaching group showed significantly better result than control group in terms of basic knowledge mastery,case analysis scores and final total scores,(P<0.05).Comparison of improvement of two groups showed,active learning ability,total induction ability,learning interest and learning enthusiasm,analysis and problem-solving ability,organizational ability and communication ability of PBL combined with CBL teaching group was significantly better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL+CBL teaching method can improve test scores,abilities in communication,summary,sorting,independent learning,and problem solving of students in basic course teaching of clinical immunology to some large extent,which is worthy of further promotion and application.
