摘　　要：目的 探讨与评价环境温度对胶体金免疫层析法血清测定低浓度乙型肝炎表面抗原(HBs Ag)的影响。方法选择2019年6月到2022年3月在广东省韶关市中医院诊治的150例乙型肝炎患者作为研究对象,将血液样本采用胶体金免疫层析法试剂盒检测HBs Ag,分别置于室温25℃的室内(对照组)与37℃水浴箱(观察组)中,比较两种温度下胶体金免疫层析法检测的阳性率。同时以电化学发光免疫分析法作为参考的标准,比较两组的检测符合率以及灵敏度。结果 观察组的胶体金免疫层析法读取时间与报告时间都明显少于对照组(P <0.05)。在150例患者中,电化学发光免疫法检测浓度分别为0~1 COI 42例,2~15 COI 30例,16~50 COI 39例,>50 COI 39例。对照组判断为阳性48例,观察组判断为阳性75例,对照组的阳性符合率为44.44%,观察组的阳性符合率为69.44%,观察组的符合率明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 胶体金免疫层析法检测HBs Ag置于37℃的实验环境条件下可以提高诊断的符合率,还可缩短读取时间与报告时间,具有很好的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate and evaluate the impact of environmental temperatures on the deter mination of low concentration hepatitis B surface antigen(HBsAg)in serum by gold immunochromatography assay.Methods A total of 150 hepatitis B patients diagnosed and treated in the Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Shaoguan City,Guangdong Province from June 2019 to March 2022 were selected as the study subjects.Blood samples were detected by colloidal gold immunochromatography kit.The gold immunochromatography assay kit was used to detect HBsAg.HBsAg was placed in the room at an ambient temperature of 25℃(the control group)and in the 37℃water bath box(the observation group)respectively,and the positive rates of GICA at the two temperatures were compared.Simultaneously,electrochemilu minescence immunoassay was used as a reference standard to compare the coincidence rate and sensitivity of the two groups.Results The reading time and reporting time of gold immunochromatography assay in the observation group were all significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).In the 150 patients,the concentrations detected by electrochemilu minescence immunoassay were 0-1 COI in 42 cases,2-15 COI in 30 cases,16-50 COI in 39 cases and>50 COI in 39 cases.48 cases were judged positive in the control group and 75 cases were judged positive in the observation group.The positive coincidence rate of the control group was 44.44%,and that of the observation group was 69.44%.The coincidence rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The gold immunochromatography assay can improve the diagnostic coincidence rate and shorten the reading time and reporting time when HBsAg is detected under the experimental environment of 37℃.Therefore,it has a good clinical application value.
