摘　　要：随着移动应用技术服务的普及与发展,队列研究中使用手机作为媒介越来越普遍,由于调查研究现场情况复杂、传统的纸质问卷难以满足后期多维数据分析的需求,容易产生调查对象依从性差、随访追踪困难等问题,REDCap(Research Electronic Data Capture)系统APP(Application)能够以极低成本建立本地及多中心手机应用服务、快速建立调查队列、网络故障问卷数据本地暂存、安全等级高、最大限度保护调查对象隐私等方面解决多中心队列研究的问题,本文介绍了REDCap系统APP如何部署及其实践应用介绍。With the popularization and development of mobile application technology services,the use of mobile phones as a medium in cohort studies is becoming more and more common.Due to the complexity of the survey and research sites,the traditional paper questionnaires are difficult to meet the needs of multi-dimensional data analysis in the later stage,and poor compliance of survey subjects is likely to occur.,Follow-up and tracking difficulties,etc.,REDCap(Research Electronic Data Capture)system APP(Application)can establish local and multi-center mobile application services at a very low cost,quickly establish survey queues,temporarily store network fault questionnaire data locally,and have a high level of security.To maximize the protection of the privacy of the survey subjects and solve the problems of multi-center cohort research,this article introduces how to deploy the REDCap system APP and its practical application.
