摘  要:目的运用Meta分析的方法探讨甲硫氨酸合成酶(MTR)A2756G基因多态性与冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)易感性的关系。方法计算机检索CNKI、万方、维普、PubMed、Corchrane Library、Web of Science数据库,收集MTR A2756G多态性与冠心病易感性相关的病例对照研究。采用RevMan软件对纳入的研究进行统计学分析和异质性检验。结果共纳入病例对照研究23个,其中14个研究样本来源于亚洲人群,3个研究样本来源于欧洲人群,2个研究样本来源于非洲人群。Meta分析结果显示:MTR A2756G GG基因型存在与冠心病易感性较强的相关性:GG vs.AA(OR=1.52,95%CI:1.17~1.97),GG vs.AA+AG(OR=1.46,95%CI:1.14~1.87);分层分析结果显示GG基因型与亚洲人群冠心病易感性相关(OR=1.52,95%CI:1.03~2.24),与欧洲人群冠心病易感性较强(OR=1.61,95%CI:1.01~2.56),与非洲人群冠心病易感性更明显(OR=3.06,95%CI:0.88~10.60)。结论MTR基因A2756G基因多态性与人群冠心病易感性相关,GG基因型可能是冠心病易感的危险因素。Objective To discuss the relationship between polymorphism of methionine synthetase(MTR)A2756G and susceptibility of coronary artery disease(CAD)by using Meta-analysis method.Methods The databases of CNKI,WanFang Data,VIP Database,PubMed,Corchrane Library and Web of Science were retrieved with computer for collecting case-control studies related to MTR A2756G polymorphism and CAD susceptibility.The included studies were given a statistical analysis and heterogeneity test by applying RevMan software.Results There were totally 23 case-control studies included,among them 14 from Asian populations,3 from European populations and 2 from African populations.The results of Meta-analysis showed that genotypes of MTR A2756G were significantly correlated to CAD susceptibility:GG vs.AA(OR=1.52,95%CI:1.17~1.97),GG vs.AA+AG(OR=1.46,95%CI:1.14~1.87).The results of stratification analysis showed that genotype GG was correlated to CAD susceptibility in Asian populations(OR=1.52,95%CI:1.03~2.24),which was significant in European populations(OR=1.61,95%CI:1.01~2.56)and more significant in African populations(OR=3.06,95%CI:0.88~10.60).Conclusion Polymorphism of MTR A2756G is correlated to CAD susceptibility,and genotype GG may be a risk factor of CAD susceptibility.
