三黄化糖饮联合西药治疗痰热互结型2型糖尿病疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:观察三黄化糖饮联合西药治疗痰热互结型2型糖尿病临床疗效。方法:将90例痰热互结型2型糖尿病患者按照简单随机的方法分为两组,每组45例。观察组44例完成研究,对照组43例完成研究。对照组患者给予基础降糖治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予三黄化糖饮口服。治疗4周后,观察两组治疗前后中医证候积分、症状积分、空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)及血脂指标。观察并比较两组疗效。结果:观察组治疗显效率为90.91%,高于对照组的72.09%(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组多食易饥、胸闷脘痞、喜冷饮、大便异常症状积分优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组HOMA-IR、FBG、HbA1c水平及中医证候积分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)水平比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:三黄化糖饮联合西药治疗痰热互结型2型糖尿病可明显改善患者临床症状,减轻胰岛素抵抗。Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Sanhuang Huatang decoction on phlegm-heat interaction type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:A total of 90 T2DM patients with phlegm-heat interaction were divided into controled group and observation group by random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.44 cases in the observation group and 43 cases in the control group completed the study.The control group was treated with conventional oral hypoglycemic drugs,and the observation group was treated with Sanhuang Huatang decoction on the foundation treatment of the control group.After 4 weeks of treatment,TCM syndrome score,symptom score,fasting blood glucose(FBG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR)and lipid index of the two groups before and after treatment were observed.The efficacy of the two groups was observed and compared.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 90.91%,higher than 72.09%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptoms of hyperphagia,chest tightness and stomach fullness,liking cold drink and abnormal stool in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of HOMA-IR,FBG,HbA1c and TCM syndrome scores in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C levels between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Sanhuang Huatang decoction can obviously relieve clinical symptoms and insulin resistance in treating phlegm-heat interation type 2 diabetes.
