摘  要:血糖稳态失衡是2型糖尿病复杂发病机制的共同特征。葡萄糖激酶是机体糖代谢过程中重要的感受器。中医学认为,脾主运化、为中央土以灌四傍,“脾气亏虚、燥热偏盛”是导致血糖稳态失衡的关键病机。葡萄糖激酶调控全身多个器官以维持血糖稳态与中医学“脾”的作用相似。因此,现从葡萄糖激酶出发论述脾虚燥热导致2型糖尿病血糖稳态失衡的现代生物学基础,为健脾清热法防治2型糖尿病提供新的科学内涵。Imbalance of blood glucose homeostasis is a common feature of the complex pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Glucokinase is the most important sensor in the process of human glucose metabolism.According to traditional Chinese medicine,the spleen is in charge of transportation and transformation,and serves as the central soil to irrigate the four sides.“Deficiency of the spleen and excess of dryness and heat”are the key pathogenesis leading to the imbalance of blood glucose homeostasis.Glucokinase regulates multiple organs to maintain blood glucose homeostasis similar to the role of“spleen”in traditional Chinese medicine.Therefore,this study explored the modern biological basis of the imbalance of blood glucose homeostasis in type 2 diabetes mellitus caused by spleen deficiency and dryness-heat from glucokinase,and provided a new scientific connotation for the prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus by strengthening the spleen and clearing heat.
