摘　　要：糖尿病合并皮肤病变是常见的糖尿病并发症。朴春丽基于“毒邪”理论与糖尿病皮肤病变“毒损肝络”理论,采用“解毒通络调肝”的治疗大法,创制具有清热化浊解毒、益气通络排毒、调肝解郁脱毒之效的“解毒通络调肝方”作为底方进行治疗。临证还根据皮肤瘙痒、痤疮、带状疱疹、丹毒、糖尿病足等不同类型皮肤病变的特异性临床特征和病机特点,结合现代药理学研究,在组方遣药时合用靶方靶药,做到病证结合,态靶同调,临床疗效显著。Diabetes combined with skin lesions is a common diabetic complication.Based on the theory of“poisonous evil”and the theory of“poison damage to the liver and ligaments”of diabetic skin lesions,Piao Chunli adopts the treatment method of“detoxifying and regulating the liver and ligaments”and creates the“detoxifying and regulating the liver and ligaments formula”,which has the effect of clearing heat and detoxifying the ligaments,benefiting qi and detoxifying the ligaments,and regulating the liver and detoxifying the depression,as the basic formula for treatment.According to the specific clinical characteristics and pathogenic features of different types of skin lesions such as pruritus,acne,herpes zoster,dermatitis,diabetic foot,etc.and combining with modern pharmacological research,we combine target drugs in our formulas to achieve the combination of disease and evidence and the same regulation of state and target,with remarkable clinical efficacy.
