摘　　要：目的探讨社区高血压患者的主要不良心脏事件(major adverse cardiac events,MACE)的影响因素,为高血压患者的健康管理提供依据。方法选取某市社区325例高血压患者并按其是否发生MACE分为事件组(148例)和非事件组(177例),对两组患者人口学特征、健康行为方式及心理状况进行调查分析。结果年龄>60岁、职业为管理技术人员和工人、合并糖尿病、缺乏运动锻炼、油腻饮食、吸烟、生活职业压力、收缩压、心理困扰是MACE的危险因素;喝茶是其保护性因素。结论MACE的发生与职业、油腻饮食、吸烟、运动缺乏、生活职业压力、合并糖尿病、收缩压、心理健康等因素密切相关,社区医护人员在高血压患者的健康管理中应针对影响因素开展健康管理。Objective To explore the influencing factors of major adverse cardiac events(MACE)in community hypertensive patients,and to provide reference basis for the health management of these patients.Methods A total of 325 community hypertensive patients were recruited in one city.The demographic characteristics,health behaviors and mental status of both groups,which were composed of MACE group(n=148)and no-MACE group(n=177),were investigated and analyzed.Results The risk factors of MACE were more than 60 years old,occupation as management technicians and workers,pooled diabetes,lack of exercise,high-fat diet,smoking,life and occupational stress,systolic blood pressure,and mental distress.Drinking tea was a protective factor.The occurrence of MACE was predicted by factors such as occupation.Conclusion Occupational,high-fat diet,smoking,lack of exercise,life and occupational stress,pooled diabetes,systolic blood pressure,and mental health are positive correlation with the occurrence of MACE.The community health care workers should address the influencing factors in the health management of hypertensive patients.
