基于“中土五行”思想探讨节食后功能性下丘脑性闭经的防治

摘　　要：中土五行,是以土居中央,上为火,下为水,左为木,右为金的模式分布五行,即强调土居中央,中控四方的理论,后根据五脏功能,“脾为中土”的中土五行模式更为业界所认同。功能性下丘脑性闭经患者多因水谷精微摄入不足,致使脾胃虚弱,中气不足,难以通达调控四方,久而阳损及阴,使精血不足,难有月经来潮。因此,治疗以补脾为主,同时兼顾四脏,配合饮食结构管理,为临床防治本病提供思路。The centre earth of five elements are distributed in the pattern that the earth occupies the center,the upper part is fire,the lower part is water,the left is wood,and the right is gold.The centre earth of five elements emphasizes that the earth is in the center and regulates the four directions.And according to the function of five internal organs,the pattern of spleen is centre earth is more recognized by the industry.In patients with functional hypothalamic amenorrhea,due to insufficient intake of grain essence,the spleen and stomach are weak,Qi(气)of centre earth is weak and difficult to access and regulate the four directions,resulting in amenorrhea from insufficient esssence and blood.Therefore,the treatment mainly focuses on invigorating the spleen,taking into account four internal organs at the same time,and cooperating with the management of dietary structure to provide ideas for clinical prevention and treatment of this disease.
