摘  要:原发性视网膜色素变性是临床常见的难治性、致盲性眼病,自宋代起形成了较完备的辨证论治体系,清代医家陈国笃汇集各家妙论,著成眼科专著《眼科六要》一书,详细阐述了眼科病证的因机证治,其核心是“以六要为纲,辨其虚实”,并收录于《中医古籍孤本大全》中,对临床应用具有重要价值。目前,极少有专家、学者从《眼科六要》出发系统阐述本病的辨治特色并应用于临床诊断治疗。因此,文章整理《眼科六要》一书,分析其病因病机,属肝虚血少、中气下陷、肾精枯涸之证,提出凉血祛积、肝肾同调和升阳益气之法治疗雀盲,强调“以因论病、治病求本”的学术思想,以期为本病的辨证论治、临床治疗提供新的思路和方案。Retinitis pigmentosa is a common refractory and blindness eye disease in clinical practice.Since the Song Dynasty,a relatively complete system of syndrome differentiation and treatment of the disease has been formed.Until the Qing Dynasty,CHEN Guodu,an oculist,wrote the book Yanke Liuyao(《眼科六要》)which core is taking six essentials as the outline to identify its deficiency and excess.And the book is a unique copy recorded in Ancient Chinese Medicine Books(《中医古籍孤本大全》),with important value for clinical application.At present,few experts and scholars systematically expound the characteristics of the diagnosis and treatment of this disease based on Yanke Liuyao and apply it for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Therefore,this paper sorted out this book and analyzed its etiology and pathogenesis.For the syndrome of hepatic blood deficiency,viscerotropic with hyposplenic Qi(气)and deficiency of kidney essence,the method of cooling blood and expelling blood-stasis,conditioning both liver and kidney,and elevating Yang(阳)and tonifying Qi was given to night blindness patients,and the academic thought of curing the disease was emphasized.This book provides new ideas and schemes for the syndrome differentiation and clinical treatment of the disease.
