基于中医传承辅助平台分析中医药治疗矽肺病的用药规律

摘　　要：目的:运用中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)软件汇总和分析中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库里中医药治疗矽肺病方剂的组方用药规律,为临床治疗矽肺提供参考依据。方法:查阅有关中医药治疗矽肺的文献,筛选出符合标准的方剂,并建立信息库。应用中医传承辅助平台软件中集成的数据挖掘方法解析方剂里中药的用药规律。结果:筛选出主治矽肺的方剂61首,对信息库的方剂加以分析,共涵盖中药170味。明确了方中药物的使用频次,确定了使用频次较高的药物种类,得到中医治疗矽肺常用药物组合8个,常用药物规则4组。四气分析发现,温性、寒性药物的应用频次最高;五味分析发现,甘味药使用频次最高,其次是苦味药。归经分析发现,归肺经药物最多,其次是归脾、肝、心、肾经药物。结论:利用中医传承辅助平台对矽肺方剂进行数据解析,确定了近年来中医治疗矽肺的用药规律,为临床治疗提供参考。Objective:To analyze and summarize the medication rules of TCM prescriptions on silicosis through Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System V2.5.These prescriptions are from CNKI,Wangfang Data,VIP.The purpose is to provide a reference basis for clinically treating silicosis.Methods:The literature about TCM medicine on silicosis was collected,and the prescriptions that met the criteria were selected to establish a database.The data mining methods integrated in TCM inheritance support system were used to analyze the medication rules of these prescriptions.Results:A total of 61 prescriptions for silicosis were found,the prescriptions in the databases were analyzed,and 170 kinds of TCM medicines were used in the prescriptions.Besides,frequency of TCM medicines was determined and the medicines with higher frequency were found.8 kinds of medicine compositions commonly used for silicosis were found,4 groups of medication rules commonly used were gained.The meclicinal property analysis showed that warm and cold drugs were used most frequently.The medicinal flavor analysis found that sweet drugs were used most frequently,followed by bitter drugs.According to the analysis of channel tropism,the drugs for lung meridian were the most,followed by spleen,liver,heart and kidney meridians.Conclusion:TCM inheritance support system can help to analyze the medication rules for silicosis,in order to provide a reference.
