湖湘当代名中医治疗消渴的处方用药规律分析

摘　　要：目的:基于数据挖掘技术探寻湖湘当代名中医治疗消渴的处方用药规律。方法:选取相关著作及论文中湖湘当代名中医的消渴医案,利用中医传承辅助平台V2.5软件建立消渴处方数据库,统计中药频次、药物归经、四气五味、关联药组及复杂网络分析。结果:共纳入处方175首,中药190味,常用的高频药物为山药、天花粉、麦冬、黄芪、生地黄、甘草、知母、葛根、山茱萸、丹参等,四气以寒性为主,五味以甘味为主,归经主要涉及肺、肾、脾经,关联规则分析排名居前三位的药物组合为天花粉、五味子→麦冬,山茱萸、天花粉→山药,山茱萸、生地黄→山药,聚类分析得到16个核心药物组合,8个新方组合。结论:湖湘当代名中医治疗消渴以益气养阴、清热润燥、固精缩尿、活血化瘀为主,生脉散、二冬汤、消渴方、六味地黄丸、黄连温胆汤为治疗消渴的常用方药。Objective:Based on data mining technology,the prescription rule of famous TCM doctor in Huxiang area in the treatment of the Xiaoke disease(消渴)was explored.Methods:In the related works and papers,the medical records of famous TCM doctor in Huxiang area in the treatment of the Xiaoke disease were selected,and the prescription database was established by Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System V2.5.The frequency of TCM medicine,meridian of drug,four Qi(四气)and five flavors,and related drug groups were counted,and a complex network analysis was carried out.Results:A total of 175 prescriptions were included,with 190 TCM medicines.The commonly used high-frequency drugs were Shanyao(Rhizoma Dioscoreae),Tianhuafen(Radix Trichosanthis),Maidong(Radix Ophiopogonis),Huangqi(Radix Astragali seu Hedysari),Raw Dihuang(Radix Rehmanniae Recens),Gancao(Radix Glycyrrhizae),Zhimu(Rhizoma Anemarrhenae),Gegen(Radix Puerariae),Shanzhuyu(Fructus Corni),Danshen(Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae)and so on.The four Qi was mainly cold,and the five flavors were mostly sweet,mainly involving lung,kidney,spleen meridians,the association rules analysis showed that the top three drug combinations were Tianhuafen-Wuweizi(Schisandra Chinensis)-Maidong,Shanzhuyu-Tianhuafen-Shanyao,Shanzhuyu-Raw Dihuang-Shanyao.A total of 16 core drug combinations and 8 new prescription combinations were obtained by the cluster analysis.Conclusion:The methods of tonifying Qi and Yin(阴),clearing heat and moistening dryness,securing essence and reducing urination,and activating blood and resolving stasis are the main methods from contemporary famous doctor from Hunan area in the treatment of the Xiaoke disease.Shengmai San(生脉散),the Erdong decoction(二冬汤),the Xiaoke prescription(消渴方),Liuwei Dihuang Wan(六味地黄丸),and the Huanglian Wendan decoction(黄连温胆汤)are commonly used prescriptions for the treatment of the Xiaoke disease.
