庚子年牛膝木瓜汤应用探析

摘　　要：五运六气是古人研究的气化运行的规律,其核心理念是天人相应。2020年为庚子年,亦是同天符之年[中运之气太商(金)与在泉之气阳明燥金相和],燥火太过伤及肝木,则为肝虚、肺燥之证。牛膝木瓜汤出自《三因司天方》五运时气民病证治篇,是治疗六庚年岁金太过之主方。文章撷取牟淑敏教授应用牛膝木瓜汤的2则典型医案,即“脱发案”和“目赤肿痛案”,并对其病因、用药进行了深入剖析,以阐述五运六气理论在临床中的应用思路。Five elements motion and six climatic factors are the operation laws of Qi(气)that the ancients studied.Its core concept is the correspondence between the universe and man.2020 is the Gengzi year(庚子年),also the year of Tongtianfu(同天符).In this year,excessive dry fire injuries the liver wood,which is a syndrome of liver deficiency and lung dryness.The Niuxi Mugua decoction(牛膝木瓜汤)comes from Sanyin Sitian Fang(《三因司天方》),is the main prescription for the treatment of the disease due to excessive fire in Gengzi years.In this paper,two typical medical records of treating alopecia,and sore red swollen eyes with the Niuxi Mugua decoction by Professor MOU Shumin were given respectively,and their etiology and medication were deeply analyzed to elaborate the application ideas of the theory of five elements motion and six climatic factores in clinical practice.
