摘  要:随着公立医院高质量发展的推进,各级医院都在逐步构建精细化管理体系。目前国内很多医院仍然存在粗放的管理模式,跨部门工作难以顺利实施,无法适应公立医院高质量发展的要求。为强化部门间的交流,有必要推广项目管理方法,通过项目管理建立沟通的桥梁,保障项目按期完成。某三甲医院利用项目管理完成医院内部的空间项目,包括消化内镜中心、妇产门诊手术中心、睡眠中心和皮肤科门诊空间规划。经营助理从项目背景、医院现状、空间位置、空间布局、回收年限等方面评估项目可行性,院党委会通过后由经营助理负责推进,确保了项目保质保量完成。通过项目可顺利解决空间规划工作存在的跨部门壁垒,有效整合院内资源,达到资源利用的最大化,推动医院空间规划的精细化管理。Under the background of high-quality development of public hospitals,hospitals at all levels are gradually building a refined management system.At present,there are still extensive management modes in many hospitals in China,and cross-departmental work is difficult to implement smoothly,which leads to the inability to meet the requirements of high-quality development of public hospitals.In order to strengthen the communication between departments,it is necessary to popularize the project management method,establish a bridge of communication through project management,and ensure the project to be completed on schedule.A tertiary first-class hospital completed the internal space projects by project management,including the space planning of digestive endoscopy center,obstetrics and gynecology clinic operation center,sleep center and dermatology clinic.The management assistant evaluates the feasibility of the project from the aspects of project background,hospital status,spatial location,spatial layout,recovery period,etc.After being approved by the party committee of the hospital,the management assistant is responsible for promoting it,which ensures the quality and quantity of the project.Through the project,the inter-departmental barriers in spatial planning can be successfully solved,hospital resources can be effectively integrated,resource utilization can be maximized,and refined management of hospital spatial planning can be promoted.
