摘 要:目的探讨区域性医学影像会诊中心对影像同质化管理的价值。方法2021年1月—2022年12月,选取参与影像学会诊的2000例患者为研究对象,按照参与时间进行分组,2021年1—12月参与会诊的1000例患者为对照组,实施影像常规化管理;2022年1—12月参与会诊的1000例患者为观察组,基于区域性医学影像会诊中心进行影像同质化管理;比较两组的图像重拍率、报告退写率、质量优良率、满意度评分(设备性能、检查效率、有效沟通、服务水平、技师操作)。结果观察组患者的图像重拍率(2.30%)与报告退写率(3.70%)均低于对照组的8.70%、9.90%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的质量优良率为98.50%,高于对照组的89.70%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的5项满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于区域性医学影像会诊中心进行影像同质化管理可有效减少图像重拍、报告退写现象,提高影像质量水平,让患者对影像学服务更满意。Objective To explore the value of regional medical image consultation center in image homogeneity management.Methods From January 2021 to December 2022,a total of 2000 patients who participated in the consultation of the imaging society were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into groups according to the time.From January to December 2021,1000 patients who participated in the consultation were selected as the control group,and the routine management of imaging was implemented.From January to December 2022,a total of 1000 patients who participated in the consultation were the observation group,and the image homogeneity management was based on the regional medical image consultation center;the image retake rate,report write-back rate,quality excellence rate,satisfaction score(equipment performance,inspection efficiency,effective communication,service level,technician operation)of the two groups were compared.Results The image retake rate of 2.30%and the report write-back rate of 3.70%in the observation group were significantly lower than those of 8.70%and 9.90%in the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good quality rate of patients in the observation group was 98.50%higher than that in the control group(89.70%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The five satisfaction scores of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The image homogenization management based on regional medical image consultation center can effectively reduce the phenomenon of image retaking and report back writing,improve the image quality level,and make patients more satisfied with imaging services.
