摘　　要：在新时期,我国医疗事业改革进程不断加快,改革重点以及方向更加明确,对医疗管理带来极大的影响,特别是医保支付制度的改革与优化,为医院医疗系统发展带来极大发展的机遇与挑战,使得医院财务管理风险与竞争压力显著增加,医院管理更加复杂,需要结合改革趋势,针对医院管理模式进行适当的创新、改进,明确医院管理重点,引入新型管理技术手段,提升医院管理智能化、现代化水平,确保医院管理可以与医疗事业发展协调并进。基于此,本文以医保支付制度改革为立足点,针对医保支付制度改革对于医院管理带来的影响以及解决对策进行深入分析与研究。In the new era,the process of Chinese medical reform continues to accelerate,and the reform focus and direction are more clear,which brings great impact on medical management,especially the reform and optimization of medical insurance payment system,brings great development opportunities and challenges for the development of hospital medical system,makes hospital financial management risk and competitive pressure increase significantly,and hospital management becomes more complex.It is necessary to combine the reform trend,carry out appropriate innovation and improvement for the hospital management mode,clarify the key points of hospital management,introduce new management techniques,improve the intelligent and modern level of hospital management,and ensure that hospital management can be coordinated with the development of medical undertakings.Based on this,this paper takes the reform of the medical insurance payment system as a foothold to conduct in-depth analysis and research on the impact of the reform of the medical insurance payment system on hospital management and the solutions.
