摘 要:随着医学事业的不断进步,公立医院的内生需求与外生需求发生了变化,公立医院的发展方式从规模扩张转向提质增效,其运行模式从粗放管理转向精细化管理,公立医院的生存和发展趋势面临诸多挑战。完善现代化的医院管理制度,实现科学化、专业化、系统化,是公立医院提高竞争能力、实现高质量发展、可持续发展的有效路径。加强公立医院主体地位,强化干部管理体系创新同时,加强中层干部的管理能力和综合能力的培养,能有效助推公立医院高质量发展。因此,探索和创新中层干部管理机制,加强医院干部管理制度体系建设,提升中层干部执行力,增强中层干部综合素养对提升医院管理效能,对公立医院高质量发展具有重要意义。With the continuous progress of the medical cause,the internal and external needs of public hospitals have changed.The development mode of public hospitals has changed from scale expansion to quality and efficiency improvement,and its operation mode has changed from extensive management to refined management.The survival and development trend of public hospitals are facing many challenges.Improving the modern hospital management system and realizing scientific,professional and systematic management is an effective way for public hospitals to improve their competitiveness,achieve high-quality development and sustainable development.Strengthening the dominant position of public hospitals,strengthening the innovation of the cadre management system,and at the same time strengthening the cultivation of the management ability and comprehensive ability of middle-level cadres can effectively promote the high-quality development of public hospitals.Therefore,exploring and innovating the management mechanism of middle-level cadres,strengthening the construction of hospital cadre management system,improving the executive power of middle-level cadres,and enhancing the comprehensive quality of middle-level cadres are of great significance for improving hospital management efficiency and high-quality development of public hospitals.
