住院部药房的药品质量管理与用药安全分析

摘　　要：住院部药房的药品管理既是医院药学服务的一项重要组成内容,也是临床医疗服务的一项重要环节内容,管理人员必须结合院内实际以规章制度为依据,确保住院部药房药品质量管理的规范化、标准化和实践化,避免基于管理问题导致的药房药品质量风险以及由此带来的各种不良事件风险。本文即结合某医院实际情况并搜集相关文献研究成果,针对住院部药房的药品质量管理措施进行汇总分析,如药品安全管理制度的建设、药品有效期和批号的管理、药品温度与湿度的管理等,期望能够以此形成住院部药房药品质量管理经验,并对保障医院用药安全发挥积极作用。The drug management of the inpatient pharmacy is not only an important component of hospital pharmaceutical services,but also an important link of clinical medical services.Managers must combine the actual situation in the hospital with the rules and regulations as the basis to ensure the standardization,standardization and practice of the drug quality management of the inpatient pharmacy,and avoid the drug quality risk of the pharmacy based on management problems and the resulting adverse event risks.In this paper,based on the actual situation of a hospital and the collection of relevant literature research results,the drug quality management measures in the inpatient pharmacy are summarized and analyzed,such as the construction of drug safety management system,the management of drug expiry date and expiry date and batch number,and the management of drug temperature and humidity.It is hoped that this can form the experience of drug quality management in the inpatient pharmacy and play a positive role in ensuring the drug safety of the hospital.
