摘　　要：目的依据妇科患者不同种类疾病,提高输血科备血能力,制定妇科备血策略。方法回顾性分析滨州市中心医院2020年1月—2021年6月年度妇科不同疾病备血量和用血量,采用SPSS 26.0进行数据分析,比较不同疾病用血率。结果妇科总用血率为26.19%,不同疾病患者用血率从高到低依次为异常子宫出血(67.86%)、子宫腺肌病(44.87%)、子宫平滑肌瘤(28.03%)、异位妊娠(24.89%)、子宫内膜增生(18.48%)、卵巢黄体破裂(18.18%)、流产(15.57%)、肿瘤(13.31%)、卵巢囊肿(12.98%)、子宫内膜异位症(9.52%)、子宫内膜息肉(2.15%)。其中用血率较高的疾病有子宫腺肌病(用血率为44.87%)、异常子宫出血(用血率为67.86%)。结论妇科患者用血,应根据不同疾病进行备血,用血率<30%的疾病可不备血,减少不必要的备血,从而提高血液资源利用率,节省人力物力资源,减少患者的住院费用;用血率>30%的疾病需按时备血,实际备血量根据患者检验指标而定,保证安全储血量。Objective To improve the blood preparation ability of blood transfusion department and formulate a strategy for gynecological blood preparation according to different types of diseases of gynecological patients.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the blood preparation and blood consumption for different gynecological diseases in Binzhou Central Hospital from January 2020 to June 2021,and SPSS 26.0 was used for data analysis to compare the blood consumption rate of different diseases.Results The total blood consumption rate in gynecology was 26.19%,and the blood consumption rate of patients with different diseases is abnormal uterine bleeding(67.86%),adenomyosis(44.87%),leiomyoma of uterus(28.03%),ectopic pregnancy(24.89%),endometrial hyperplasia(18.48%)and ovarian corpus luteum rupture(18.Among them,the diseases with high blood consumption rate were adenomyosis(blood consumption rate was 44.87%)and abnormal uterine bleeding(blood consumption rate was 67.86%).Conclusion Blood for gynecological patients should be prepared according to different diseases.For diseases with blood consumption rate<30%,blood shouldnt be prepared;for diseases with blood consumption rate>30%,blood should be prepared on time.It depends on the patient's test indicators to ensure safe blood storage.
