叙事护理对护理人员人文关怀意识的影响调查与分析

摘　　要：目的探讨叙事护理对护理人员人文关怀意识的影响。方法选择2021年1—12月就职于福建省泉州市正骨医院各病区护理单元参加叙事护理小组的在职护士80名,进行叙事护理干预,并分别在2021年4月干预前及2021年10月干预后进行测评,完成文关怀能力评价量表(caring ability inventory,CAI)的自评。收集耐心、理解和勇气共3个维度的测评分值等的影响。结果干预前、后的测评人员为相同的80名护理人员,在年龄、工作年限、职称等均一致,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。耐心评分干预前(4.839±1.107)分,干预后(5.504±1.087)分,P<0.001;理解评分干预前(4.592±1.310)分,干预后(5.041±1.438)分,P<0.001;勇气评分干预前(4.685±0.858)分,干预后(5.229±0.916)分,P<0.001。干预后理解、勇气、耐心均优于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论叙事护理对护理人员人文关怀意识的影响效果显著,能够帮助护士疏泄压力、清除负能量,能够提高护理人员的沟通能力及专业技术水平,提高患者满意度,促进和谐护患关系,值得临床护理推广。Objective To explore the influence of narrative nursing on humanistic care consciousness of nurses.Methods From January to December 2021,a total of 80 in-service nurses who participated in the narrative nursing group in each ward of our hospital were selected,and narrative nursing intervention was conducted and evaluated before and after the intervention in April 2021 and October 2021,to complete the self-evaluation of the humanistic care ability assessment scale(CAI).The influence of three dimensions of patience,understanding and courage were collected.Results The evaluators before and after intervention were the same 80 nursing staff,with the same age,working years and professional titles,which did not have statistical significance(P>0.05).Patience score,before intervention(4.839±1.107)points,after intervention(5.504±1.087)points,P<0.001.Comprehension score,before intervention(4.592±1.310)points,after intervention(5.041±1.438)points,P<0.001.Courage score,before intervention(4.685±0.858)points,after intervention(5.229±0.916)points,P<0.001.In conclusion,understanding.courage and patience were better after intervention than before intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Narrative nursing has a significant effect on the humanistic care consciousness of nurses,which can help nurses relieve pressure and remove negative energy,It can improve the communication ability and professional technical level of nursing staff,improve patient satisfaction,promote and adjust the relationship between nurses and patients,which is worth clinical nursing promotion.
