摘  要:激光陀螺仪因其在转速测量中高精度、高灵敏度的特点,被广泛应用于惯导、地震测量等领域,而大型激光陀螺仪具有更高精度,常被用于测算地球参数。在大型激光陀螺仪或测地激光陀螺仪中主要使用主动式环形He-Ne激光器来实现高效率单模激光输出。He-Ne激光器为陀螺仪提供光源的质量与电源激励的状态有较大关系,因此对激励电源的研究意义重大。论文首先阐述了陀螺仪中He-Ne激光管相关工作要求及其高压直流放电和射频放电两种激励方式的发展概况;然后分别研究了He-Ne激光管的高压直流电源电路和射频激励源电路的构成、基本工作原理及其阻抗匹配网络的作用与实现过程,引入反馈控制思想,提高稳流、稳压能力;之后对两类激励方式的优缺点进行了论述,为未来大尺寸高精度激光陀螺仪激励源的研究提供了建议。Laser gyroscope is widely used in inertial navigation,seismic measurement and other fields due to its high precision and high sensitivity in rotational speed measurement.Large laser gyroscope has higher precision and is often used to measure earth parameters.Active ring“traveling wave”He-Ne laser is mainly used in large laser gyroscope or geodesic laser gyroscope to realize high-efficiency single-mode laser output.The quality of light source provided by He-Ne laser for gyroscope is highly dependent on the state of power excitation,so the research on excitation power supply is of great significance.Firstly,the relevant working requirements of He-Ne laser tube in gyroscope and the development of two excitation modes of high voltage direct current(DC)discharge and RF discharge are described.Then,the structure composition,basic working principle and the function and implementation process of impedance matching network of high voltage DC power supply circuit and RF excitation source circuit of He-Ne laser tube are studied respectively.The feed-back control idea is introduced to improve the current and voltage stabilizing capability.The advantages and disadvantages of the two kinds of excitation methods are then discussed,providing suggestions for future research of excitation power supply of large-scale high-precision laser gyroscope.
