摘 要:为研究激光毛化坑点的演变,采用脉冲光纤激光设备,以H13模具钢为实验试件进行激光毛化加工。选取激光功率、重复频率、扫描次数以及离焦量作为研究的工艺参数,采用单因素分析法分析毛化坑点特征参数的演变规律,并对毛化坑点周围表面做显微硬度检测。研究结果表明:毛化坑点直径以及深度随着激光功率的增大在逐渐增大,随着重复频率的增大开始逐渐减小;当激光扫描次数增加时,毛化坑点深度一直增大但直径呈现先增大后减小的状态;当增大激光离焦量时,毛化坑点直径随之增大;毛化坑点周围表面显微硬度都有一定的提升。In order to study the evolution of laser texturing pits,pulsed fiber laser equipment is used to perform laser grossing on H13 die steel as an experimental specimen.Laser power,repetition frequency,scanning times and defocus volume are selected as the process parameters.The evolution law of characteristic parameters of textured pits is analyzed by single factor analysis,and the microhardness of the surface around textured pits is tested.The results show that the diameter and depth of textured pits gradually increase with the increase of laser power,and begin to decrease with the increase of repetition frequency;as the number of laser scanning increases,the depth of textured pits increases all the time,but the diameter increases first and then decreases;when the laser defocusing volume increases,the diameter of textured pits increases.The surface microhardness around the textured pits improves to a certain extent.
