摘　　要：作为肿瘤治疗手段之一的化疗,目前已被广泛采用,并在临床中取得了较为突出的效果,然而其引起的不良反应常给患者带来严重的危害,如由于其缺乏特异选择性,亦给体内正常增殖旺盛的细胞带来损伤,主要表现为骨髓造血功能抑制、消化道反应、免疫功能损伤以及肝脏和肾脏等脏器功能受损,影响整个治疗进程。中医药治疗在调理机体内环境、提高机体免疫功能、减轻化疗不良损伤、延长患者生存期、改善患者生活质量等方面具有明显优势。化疗过程中正确的辨证运用中医药,可有效地减轻其不良反应,增强患者对治疗药物的耐受性,提高临床治疗效果。因此,化疗联合中医药治疗已经成为肿瘤综合治疗中的有效手段。现就中医药防治化疗药物损伤的思路与方法进行探讨。As one of the tumor treatment,chemotherapy has been widely used and has achieved prominent results in clinical practice,but the adverse reactions caused by it often bring serious harm to patients,such as due to its lack of specific selectivity,but also to the normal proliferation of cells in the body to bring damage,mainly manifested as bone marrow hematopoietic function inhibition,digestive tract reaction,immune function damage,liver and kidney and other organ function damage,affecting the entire treatment process.TCM medicine has obvious advantages in regulating the internal environment,improving the body's immune function,alleviating adverse injuries of chemotherapy,prolonging the survival of patients,and improving the quality of life of patients.The correct use of TCM medicine in the process of chemotherapy can effectively reduce its adverse reactions,enhance patients’tolerance to therapeutic drugs,and improve clinical treatment effects.Therefore,chemotherapy with TCM medicine has become an effective means in the comprehensive treatment of tumors.The ideas and methods of TCM medicine in the prevention and treatment of chemotherapy drug injury are discussed.
