摘　　要：胃食管反流病病因复杂,其主要发病机制是食管抗反流防御机制下降,反流物对食管黏膜造成伤害。传统中医治疗胃食管反流病多从“脾胃”入手,治疗上大多以益气健脾、和胃降逆为法。天水市中医院杨建新主任医师深入研究《金匮要略》,对胸痹理论有独到的见解。他凭借多年临床经验,巧妙运用“胸痹”理论以理气化痰法治疗胃食管反流病,获得了良好的效果。他认为胃食管反流病的病机属本虚标实,本虚为肺脾阳亏虚,标实则为痰湿内生、乘虚上犯。所选处方由枳实薤白桂枝汤与理中汤加减而成。此方运用于临床,能快速、高效地改善胃食管反流病患者的症状。文章总结了杨建新主任的临床经验,为中医治疗胃食管反流病提供新的思路。The etiology of gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)is complex,and its main pathogenesis is the decline of esophageal anti-reflux defense mechanism.The treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease in TCM mostly starts from the“spleen and stomach”.YANG Jianxin,Chief Physician of Tianshui Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,studied Jingui Yaolue(《金匮要略》)in depth and had unique views on the theory of thoracic obstruction.With many years of clinical experience,he skillfully used the theory of thoracic obstruction to treat gastroesophageal reflux disease,and achieved good results.The selected prescription comes from the Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi decoction(枳实薤白桂枝汤)and the Lizhong decoction(理中汤).This prescription is used in clinical practice,and can quickly and efficiently improve the symptoms of patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease.The clinical experience of Director YANG Jianxin is summarized,which provides a new idea for the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease in TCM.
