中医药治疗老年性湿疹的研究进展

摘　　要：湿疹是由多种因素引起的过敏性疾病,其发病机制尚不明确,治疗难度大,易反复发作。老年人是湿疹的一个特殊发病群体。目前对于此病的研究较少,西医治疗此病较为局限且后期不良反应明显。现总结近年来中医药治疗老年性湿疹的相关文献,发现老年人多因素体虚弱、禀赋不足、饮食失宜等因素,导致其脾胃受损无力运化水液,从而导致湿邪、湿热内生,加之风、湿、热邪易侵袭腠理,从而两邪相合于肌肤而发病。中医药治疗时更注重“辨证论治、因人制宜”,治疗时以多种治法相辅而用,通过分析中药内服、外用、针灸等多种特色疗法的应用情况和特色,从整体调整机体阴阳平衡,扶正祛邪,标本兼治。为临床治疗老年性湿疹提供思路,更好地发挥中医药的治疗作用。Eczema is an allergic disease caused by many factors.Its pathogenesis is unclear.It is difficult to treat and easy to relapse.Senile is a special group of eczema patients.At present,there is little research on this disease.In this paper,the relevant literature on the treatment of senile eczema with TCM medicine in recent years were summarized.It was found that the elderly polyphyte weakness,insufficient endowment,diet and other factors,resulting in damage to their spleen and stomach and inability to transport water,resulting in wet evil,humid heat endogenous,coupled with wind,humidity,heat and evil easy to invade the body,so that the two evils merge with the skin and cause the disease.In the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,more attention is paid to“differentiation treatment,according to the person's conditions”,and a variety of treatment methods are used to complement each other,through the analysis of the application and characteristics of various characteristic therapies such as internal administration,external use,acupuncture and moxibustion of traditional Chinese medicine,from the overall adjustment of the body’s Yin(阴)and Yang(阳)balance,support the right and dispel evil,and treat both the symptoms and the root cause.Acupuncture and moxibustion were analyzed,so as to provide ideas for clinical treatment of senile eczema and better play the role of TCM.
