大黄芩鱼泡腾片对虾池病原菌的体外抗菌活性研究

摘　　要：为研究自制大黄芩鱼泡腾片对养虾池中分离菌株的体外抗菌活性,试验采用鉴别培养、生化反应、PCR方法鉴定菌株,并用微孔-平板法测定体外抑菌活性。结果显示:具有致病性的菌株有副溶血弧菌(Vibrio Parahemolyticus,V.p)、弗尼斯弧菌(Vibrio furnissii,V.f)和泛菌属的Pantoea eucrina(P.e)。大黄芩鱼泡腾片对V.p的MIC和MBC均为1 mg/mL;对V.f的MIC为4 mg/mL、MBC为8 mg/mL;对P.e的MIC和MBC均为4 mg/mL。由此表明,大黄芩鱼泡腾片对副溶血弧菌有较好的体外抗菌活性。In order to investigate the antibacterial activity in vitro of self-made Dahuang Qinyu effervescent tablets(DQET),some bacteria were isolated from shrimp ponds.The strains were identified by differential culture,biochemical reaction and PCR,and the antibacterial activity in vitro was determined by microporous-plate method.The results showed that pathogenic strains include Vibrio parahaemolyticus(V.p),Vibrio Furnisi(V.f)and Pantoea eucrina(P.e).The MIC and MBC of DQET against V.p were 1 mg/mL.The DQET against V.f’s MIC was 4 mg/mL and MBC was 8 mg/mL.The MIC and MBC of DQET against P.e were 4 mg/mL.The conclusion showed that the DQET had better antibacterial activity against V.p in vitro.
