摘　　要：目的:基于数据挖掘方法分析文献中治疗狼疮性肾炎的中医用药规律,为临床遣方用药提供参考。方法:收集整理近10年文献中医药治疗狼疮性肾炎的处方,录入中医传承辅助系统软件(V3.0),采用改进的互信息法和复杂系统熵聚类法等方法,对治疗狼疮性肾炎的处方进行组方规律分析。结果:对筛选出的治疗狼疮性肾炎的89首处方进行分析,使用频次最高的中药是茯苓,中药四气以寒、温、平为主,五味以甘、苦为主,归经以肝、肾经为主,功效以补虚和清热为主;组合频次最多的为茯苓-黄芪,聚类分析中获得3个核心组合;舌象以舌红频次最多,脉象以脉细频次最多;证候统计以血瘀证、气虚证及阴虚证为主。结论:高频药物的配伍体现了中医治疗狼疮性肾炎常注重扶正与祛邪,以清热凉血、利水消肿、活血化瘀为主,辅以健脾补肾、益气养阴的治疗原则。Objective:To analyze the medication rule of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)for lupus nephritis based on data mining and thereby to provide a reference for clinical prescription.Methods:The TCM prescriptions for lupus nephritis in articles published in recent 10 years were summarized and input into Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(V3.0).The improved mutual information approach and complex system entropy cluster were employed to analyze the medication rule.Results:A total of 89 prescriptions were screened out.Among the medicinals in the prescriptions,Poria enjoyed the highest frequency.The medicinals were generally cold,warm,or plain in nature and sweet or bitter in taste,with lung or kidney tropism and efficacy of tonifying deficiency and clearing heat.As for the medicinal pairs in the prescription,Poria-Radix Astragali seu Hedysari combination was most popular,and cluster analysis yielded three core combinations.A large proportion of the patients had red tongue,thread pulse,blood stasis syndrome,qi deficiency syndrome and yin deficiency syndrome.Conclusion:Based on the frequently used medicinals,TCM emphasizes reinforcing heathly qi and eliminating pathogen in the treatment of lupus nephritis,with clearing heat and cooling blood,excreting water and eliminating edema,promoting blood circulation and removing stasis as priority and invigorating the spleen and tonifying kidney,replenishing qi and nourishing yin as supplement.
