摘　　要：为实现病案信息资源在各组织部门之间的实时共享,完善医院局域网,设计基于ZigBee的医院病案信息局域共享模型。以NS2平台作为底层共享单元,借助MAC信道访问机制,设置必要的ZigBee设备对象;定义病案信息数据源的递归形式,划分局域网元数据,完善共享服务的实际传输流程。实验结果表明,传输时长可缩短至0.25ms,传输量可增大至8.8×10^(9)T,可在建立各组织部门之间病案信息资源实时共享服务的同时,合理完善原有的医院局域网环境。In order to realize the real-time sharing of medical record information resources among various organizational departments and improve the hospital LAN,a local sharing model of hospital medical record information based on ZigBee is designed.NS2 platform is used as the underlying sharing unit and set necessary ZigBee device objects with the help of MAC channel access mechanism;The recursive form of medical record information data source is defined,and the LAN metadata is divided to improve the actual transmission process of sharing service.The experiment results show that the transmission time can be shortened to 0.25ms,while the transmission capacity can be increased to 8.8×10^(9)T,which can reasonably improve the original hospital LAN environment while establishing real-time sharing services of medical record information resources among various organizational departments.
