电力营销稽查系统风险管控方法研究

摘　　要：电力营销稽查系统中数据信息繁杂,在风险管控中无法准确找到高效的切入点,导致管控时间过长,为此提出电力营销稽查系统风险管控方法。通过确定电力营销稽查系统中风险管控内容,利用决策树方法识别重要风险管控内容中的动态风险点,将得到的风险点进行重度汇总,评估风险管控内容中风险点的风险值,根据评估结果,完成电力营销稽查系统风险管控。实验结果表明,设计的电力营销稽查系统风险管控方法比传统方法的管控时间短,风险管控方法效率高,可应用性强。The data and information in the power marketing audit system are complicated,and it is impossible to accurately find an efficient entry point in the risk management and control,which leads to excessive control time.Therefore,the risk management method in the power marketing audit system is proposed.By determining the content of risk management and control in the power marketing audit system,using the decision tree method to identify the dynamic risk points in the important risk management and control content,the obtained risk points are severly summarized to evaluate risk value of the risk points in the risk management and control content,therefore completing the electric power marketing inspection system according to the evaluation results.The experiment results show that the risk management and control method in the designed power marketing inspection system is shorter in terms of time than the traditional method,which proves that the risk management and control method in the designed power marketing audit system is efficient and applicable.
