以人类命运共同体理念推进国际体育治理变革

摘　　要：当前国际体育治理体系存在诸多问题,主要体现在国际体育治理的无序化、国际体育治理规则法治化程度有待加强、国际体育组织的内部机构设置不合理、国际体育治理缺乏有效外部监督机制等,变革是实现国际体育善治的客观需要。中国体育强国建设,客观上也需要通过变革国际体育治理体系获得较好外部环境。在新的时代背景下,我国应该主动参与国际体育治理变革,在人类命运共同体理念指导下,通过共商共建共享,在规则制定、组织机构建设、外部监督机制建设等方面推进国际体育治理变革,为国际体育治理贡献中国方案和中国智慧。Many challenges in the current international sports governance system mainly reflected the disorderly international sports governance,the rules of law of international sports governance to be strengthened,the unreasonable structural establishment of international sports organizations,the lack of effective external monitoring mechanism of international sports governance,etc.Therefore,reform is the objective demand to achieve good governance of international sports organizations.To achieve the goal of sports power,China also needs to transform the international sports governance system to get a better external environment and take an active role in the international sports governance reform in the new era.Guided by the vision of a community with a shared future of humanity,the Chinese government should promote international sports governance reform in the aspects of rule-making,organization construction,and external supervision mechanism construction by negotiation,collaboration,and sharing to further carry forward Chinese proposals and wisdom to international sports governance.
