摘 要:为制备超低介电常数的聚芳酯薄膜,以双酚A(BPA)、对苯二甲酰氯(TPC)和间苯二甲酰氯(IPC)为单体用界面聚合法合成无定形聚芳酯(a-PAR);并采用相分离法制备多孔聚芳酯薄膜;采用扫描电子显微镜、差示扫描量热仪和万能材料试验机等探讨了凝固浴组成对多孔膜结构及其性能的影响。结果表明多孔膜的孔隙率随凝固浴中水含量的上升而提高,其介电常数发生显著下降(最低可达1.27),同时伴随着薄膜力学性能的下降。控制凝固浴组成可调节聚芳酯薄膜的孔隙率,从而制备具有一定力学强度的超低介电常数聚芳酯薄膜。当凝固浴中水含量为20%时,薄膜的拉伸强度为13.0 MPa,弹性模量为0.29 GPa,玻璃化转变温度为198.1℃,介电常数为1.51,综合性能最佳。In order to prepare polyarylate film with ultra-low dielectric constant,amorphous polyarylate(a-PAR)was synthesized by interfacial polymerization using bisphenol A(BPA),p-benzoyl chloride(TPC)and m-benzoyl chloride(IPC)as monomers.Then porous polyarylate film was prepared by phase separation method.The effects of coagulating bath composition on the structure and properties of porous film were discussed by means of SEM,DSC,and universal testing machine.It showed that the porosity of porous film increased with water content in coagulating bath,and the dielectric constant of film decreased significantly to 1.27.At the same time,its mechanical properties decreased accordingly.The porosity of the polyarylate film could be adjusted by controlling the composition of coagulating bath so that the polyarylate film with low dielectric constant and good mechanical strength could be prepared.When the water content in the bath was 20%,the tensile strength of the film was 13.0 MPa,the elastic modulus was 0.29 GPa,the glass transition temperature was 198.1℃,the dielectric constant was 1.51.The comprehensive performance is optimum.
