摘  要:聚合收缩是齿科修复树脂普遍存在的问题,为降低树脂的聚合收缩率,以乙二胺为核,经发散法合成1代的端羟基聚酰胺-胺(PAMAM-OH),通过与带异氰酸基团的甲基丙烯酸酯反应,合成一种新型树状聚氨酯丙烯酸酯单体(D_(1)MA)。将D_(1)MA与双甲基丙烯酸尿烷酯(UDMA)分别部分取代传统树脂基体(5B5T),利用旋转流变仪、红外光谱仪和万能试验机等探究了两种不同单体对理化性能的影响。结果表明,在相近的双键转化率下,与线形单体相比D_(1)MA的加入可以有效降低聚合收缩率(降低了13.06%),且力学性能良好。与UDMA相比,D_(1)MA是一种低黏度、生物相容性(CCK-8细胞实验)良好齿科树脂单体,在齿科修复领域有潜在的应用前景。Polymerization shrinkage is an unavoidable problem for dental repair resins.In order to reduce the polymerization shrinkage rate of the resin,a new dendritic polyurethane acrylate dental monomer(D_(1)MA)was synthesized.The first generation of hydroxyl-terminated polyamide-amine(PAMAM-OH)was synthesized by the divergence method using ethylenediamine as the core.Then,the methacrylate groups were introduced into the end of the PAMAM-OH by the reaction of isocyanate and hydroxyl group.The traditional resin matrix(5B5T)was partially replaced by dendritic D_(1)MA and linear UDMA,respectively,to explore the effects of different resin monomers on the properties of resin matrix by rheometers,infrared spectrometers and universal mechanical testing machines.The results showed that the addition of the new dendritic monomer D_(1)MA could effectively reduce the polymerization shrinkage of the resin matrix compared with the linear monomer at the similar double bond conversion rate.D_(1)MA is a novel dendritic monomer with low viscosity and good biocompatibility(CCK-8 assay),which has potential application prospects in the field of dental restorative resin materials.
