经消化内镜治疗胃溃疡十二指肠溃疡出血的临床效果评价

摘　　要：目的:探究消化内镜治疗胃溃疡十二指肠溃疡出血患者的临床效果。方法:选取安阳市人民医院2021年1月至2022年6月期间诊治的90例胃溃疡十二指肠溃疡出血患者,随机划分为对照组与观察组,各45例。常规药物方案用于对照组患者治疗,经消化内镜方案用于观察组患者治疗,比较两组患者临床观察指标、止血治疗效果和止血时间分布情况。结果:观察组患者的出血量和输血量均少于对照组,止血时间和住院时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者止血率高于对照组,再出血发生率和手术治疗率均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者止血时间12 h以内人数占比高于对照组,止血时间12~48 h人数占比、48 h后活动性出血率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胃溃疡十二指肠溃疡出血患者给予经消化内镜治疗,效果比较理想,可以对患者出血状况进行有效控制。Objective Investigating the clinical outcomes of gastrointestinal endoscopy in patients with bleeding duodenal ulcers.Methods A total of 90 patients with gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer bleeding treated in Anyang People's Hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The conventional drug regimen was used in the control group,and the digestive endoscopy regimen was used in the observation group.The clinical observation indicators,hemostatic treatment effects and hemostatic time distribution of the two groups were compared.Results The bleeding volume and blood transfusion volume of the observation group were less than those of the control group,and the hemostasis time and hospitalization time were shorter than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The hemostasis rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of rebleeding and surgical treatment rate were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of patients who stopped bleeding within 12 hours in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the proportion of patients who stopped bleeding 12-48 hours and the rate of active bleeding after 48 hours in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Gastrointestinal endoscopic treatment is effective for patients with gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer bleeding,which can effectively control the bleeding situation of patients and has high application value.
