摘　　要：静脉注射是常见的临床治疗措施,超声引导中线导管置入相对于外周静脉留置针而言,可降低穿刺频率,延长管道留置时间。置管应综合考虑患者的血管情况、治疗方案及治疗时间等。本文就超声引导下成人中线导管置入的步骤进行详细讲解。Intravenous injection is a kind of common clinical treatment measure.Compared with peripheral venous indwelling needle,ultrasound-guided midline catheterization can reduce puncture frequency and extend catheter indwelling time.The vascular condition,treatment plan and treatment duration of patients should be comprehensively considered in catheterization.In this paper,the procedure of adult midline catheter implantation under ultrasound guidance is explained in detail.
