摘　　要：经后路全脊椎截骨术(PVCR)是重度角状后凸脊柱畸形患者的常用手术方式,基层医院开展较少,缺乏相应手术经验,术后矫形效果不理想,且易发生神经并发症。本文报告我院严重脊柱后凸畸形患者接受PVCR,术后出现神经并发症1例,以加强基层医院对PVCR的认识,提高治疗水平。Posterior vertebral column resection(PVCR) is a common surgical procedure in severe angular kyphotic vertebral column deformity. Primary hospitals have few operations and lack of experience, leading to unsatisfactory postoperative orthosis and neurological complications. In order to strengthen the understanding of PVCR operation and improve the level of treatment in primary hospitals, a case of neurological complications after PVCR operation in severe kyphotic deformity was reported.
