摘 要:针对现有超/特高压交流输电线路单相重合闸存在盲目合闸引发二次冲击的问题,提出一种利用断开相端电压工频分量相位特征的单相自适应重合闸永久性故障识别方法。瞬时性故障时,断开相两侧端电压的电容耦合工频分量同向,电磁感应工频分量反向,两侧端电压的相位差在0°~90°,波形呈正相关;而永久性故障时,断开相两侧端电压工频分量主要由相位相反的电磁感应分量构成,两侧端电压的相位差在90°~180°,波形呈负相关。利用端电压互相关系数反映两侧电压的相位特征以实现单相永久故障判别,同时为了避免误判远端永久性故障为瞬时性故障,引入电压幅值辅助判据。大量仿真计算结果表明,该判别方法能够有效避免低频自振分量的影响,其算法计算量小且判别原理简单、易于整定,具有优异的抗噪性能。As the existing single-phase automatic reclosing technologies of EHV/UHV AC transmission lines often lead to blind closing which causes secondary shocks,a method for identifying permanent faults of single-phase adaptive reclosure using the phase characteristics of the power frequency component of the disconnected phase’s terminal voltage is proposed in this paper.In transient faults,the capacitive coupled power frequency components of the voltages on both sides of the disconnected phase are in the same direction,while the electromagnetic induction power frequency components are reversed.The phase difference of the voltages on both sides is 0°~90°,and the waveform is positively correlated.In permanent faults,the power frequency components of terminal voltages are mainly composed of the anti-phase electromagnetic coupling component,and the phase difference range between voltages on both sides is 90°~180°and the waveform is negatively correlated.The cross-correlation coefficient of both terminal voltages is used to accurately characterize the phase characteristic of both terminal voltages to achieve single-phase permanent fault discrimination under different fault conditions.Finally,the voltage auxiliary amplitude criterion is constructed to prevent the remote permanent fault from being identified as transient fault.A lot of simulation results show that the method can effectively avoid the influence of low frequency selfvibration component,and its algorithm has small calculation amount,and is simple in discrimination principle,easy to set,and has excellent anti-noise performance.
