摘  要:随着电动汽车的普及和发展,充电基础设施的规划和建设将步入规模化、网络化及配置合理化时代,充电基础设施的布局规划尤为重要。该文以汉中市电动汽车充电基础设施规划为研究对象,采用层次分析法预测了汉中市电动汽车保有量、年充电量和需新建充电站数量,并根据泰森多边图对充电站进行了合理规划。规划结果表明,多场景充电基础设施规划方法能够大幅提高充电基础设施的覆盖率,提升电动汽车基础设施规划的科学性、合理性。With popularization and development of electric vehicles,the planning and construction of charging infrastructure has entered a new era of large-scale,rational configuration and networking,and the layout planning of charging infrastructure is particularly important.In this paper,we take the electric vehicle charging infrastructure planning in Hanzhong as the research object,and use the analytic hierarchy process to predict the number of electric vehicles,the annual charging capacity and the number of new charging stations in Hanzhong.The planning results show that the multi-scenario charging infrastructure planning method can greatly improve the coverage of charging infrastructure and improve the scientific nature and rationality of electric vehicle infrastructure planning.
