混合教学对大学生学习收获的影响研究——学习投入的中介效应

摘　　要：线上线下混合教学是推动教育改革、提升教学质量的重要方式。为揭示混合教学对大学生学习收获的作用机制,基于北京某市属高校801位大学生的调查数据构建结构方程模型。研究结果表明,混合教学能显著正向预测大学生的学习收获,也能通过学习投入的中介作用间接预测大学生的学习收获,而且间接效应远大于直接效应。因此,为充分发挥混合教学对大学生学习收获的积极作用,一方面需要重视混合教学设计,提升教师的信息化教学水平;另一方面需要激发学生的学习动力,增强学生的学习投入度。The online and offline blended teaching mode is an important way to promote educational reform and improve teaching quality.In order to reveal the mechanism of blended teaching on college students' learning,a structural equation model was constructed based on the survey data of 801 college students in a municipal university in Beijing.The results show that blended teaching can not only significantly and positively predict the learning gains of college students,but also indirectly predict the learning gains of college students through the mediating effect of learning input.Furthermore,the indirect effect is far greater than the direct one.Therefore,in order to give full play to the positive effect of blended teaching on college students' learning,it is necessary to pay attention to the design of blended teaching to improve teachers' informatization teaching level;and stimulate students' learning motivation and strengthen their learning engagement.
