摘 要:本文以石台县大山村富硒土壤为例,通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)等技术手段,分析了硒(Se)在黏粒、粉粒和砂粒中的分配特征。采集样品中Se含量均在0.6 mg/kg以上,为典型富硒土壤。样品中黏土矿物占比较大,最高达到50.49%。样品中轻重矿物相比,轻矿物有较强的富集能力,其中又以黏土矿物的富集作用为主。在同一样品中,含85.72%黏土矿物的黏粒部分Se含量高达1.62 mg/kg,是(粉粒+砂粒)部分含硒量的1.64倍。研究了解大山村富硒土壤中Se在土壤各组分中的分配特征,可以为后续Se的开发利用、富硒农业发展提供依据。Taking the selenium-rich soil in Dashan Village,Shitai County as an example,the distribution of selenium in clay,silt and sand was analyzed by technical method such as X-ray diffraction(XRD).The selenium contents were all above 0.6 mg/kg in the collected samples,which are typical selenium-rich soils.The clay minerals account for a large proportion,up to 50.49%in the samples.Compared with heavy minerals,light minerals,especially clay minerals are enriched.In one sample,the clay part with 85.72%clay minerals,has selenium content as high as 1.62 mg/kg,which is 1.64 times that in the[sand+silt]part.Understanding of the distribution of Se in each constituent of the selenium-rich soils in Dashan Village provides a basis for the subsequent development and utilization of Se and selenium-rich agricultural products.
