摘 要:通过对怀宁县土壤硒含量的调查和研究,发现怀宁县富硒土壤主要分布在研究区中东部石镜、黄墩、清河至黄龙一带,南部腊树及雷埠乡以及研究区北部见有零星分布。表层土壤硒含量为0.053~40.802mg/kg,平均值为0.363 mg/kg。不同成土母质发育的土壤硒含量差异较大,二叠系至三叠系灰岩类母质发育的土壤硒含量最高,达1.146 mg/kg。相关研究表明:硒的活性与氧化还原状态有关。硒的氧化还原状况能直接影响硒的价态变化,从而影响硒的生物可利用性。Through a survey-based study of selenium content in soils in Huining County,the selenium-rich soils were found to be mainly distributed in Shijing,Huangdun,Qinghe and Huanglong in the central and eastern parts of the study area,and sporadically in Lashu and Leibu Townships in the southern part,and in the northern part.The selenium content in topsoil ranged from 0.053 to 40.802 mg/kg,with an average value of 0.363 mg/kg.Soils developed from different parent materials varied greatly in selenium content,with the highest being 1.146 mg/kg for soils developed from parent materials of limestones from Permian to Triassic.Relevant studies have shown that the activity of selenium is related to the redox state,which can directly affect the change of selenium valence and thus affect the bioavailability of selenium.
