摘 要:以氧化细菌纤维素(OBC)为基底材料,通过配位络合作用将单宁酸(TA)和钙离子引入其中,作为功能单元以制备出能有效抗菌、止血的复合海绵。利用SEM观察了材料的微观结构,并通过抗菌、血液相容性和细胞毒性测试,综合评价了复合海绵。结果表明:钙离子能使每10 mg材料含单宁0.1 mg;OBC/Ca^(2+)/TA复合海绵的孔隙率为71.3%,吸水量为78.9 g/g,对大肠杆菌的抑菌率为42.7%,金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌率提升到94.2%;OBC/Ca^(2+)/TA溶血率为1.5%,具备良好的血液和细胞相容性。With oxidized bacterial cellulose as the base material,tannic acid and calcium ions were incorporated into it as functional elements through coordination and complexation to prepare an effective antibacterial and hemostatic composite sponge OBC/Ca^(2+)/TA.The composite sponge was comprehensively evaluated by using antibacterial,hemocompatibility,and cytotoxicity tests,and microstructure was observed by SEM.Results showed that calcium ion was able to make 10 mg material maintain 0.1 mg tannic acid.The porosity of composite sponge was 71.3%and the water absorption was 78.9 g/g.The antibacterial rate against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus increased to 42.7%and 94.2%,respectively.The hemolysis rate of OBC/Ca^(2+)/TA was 1.5%,indicating the composite has good blood and cell compatibility.
