摘　　要：为了提高工作效率、充分利用移动互联网的办公优势,同时兼顾新冠疫情条件下非接触式服务的要求,以北京理工大学图书馆科技查新工作的实际业务流程为例,介绍了基于流程的科技查新门户及后台管理系统的设计需求、功能模块及应用情况。In order to improve work efficiency,make full use of the advantages of mobile Internet,and take into account about the non-contact service under the COVID-19 situation,this paper,taking the actual business process of sci-tech novelty retrieval work of the library of Beijing Institute of Technology as an example,introduces the design requirements,functional modules and application of the process-based sci-tech novelty retrieval portal and background management system.
