摘  要:针对某钢厂110m^(2)烧结机脱硫脱硝系统运行过程中出现SCR反应器内脱硝效率偏低问题,进行了烟气流场模拟,建立了SCR脱硝系统数值计算模型,从流场优化方面展开研究,分析脱硝效率低的原因。通过对导流板的改进优化气流分布,为后期整改提供理论参考,同时对催化剂活性进行了检测。In view of the low denitration efficiency in SCR reactor during the operation of the desulfurization and denitration system of a 110 m 2 sintering machine in a steel plant,the flue gas flow field is simulated,the numerical calculation model of SCR denitration system is established,and the flow field optimization is studied to analyze the causes of low denitration efficiency.The airflow distribution is optimized by improving the deflector,which provides theoretical reference for later rectification,and the catalyst activity is tested.
