基于DesignBuilder的长春地区居住建筑能耗主要影响因素研究

摘  要:长春市属于严寒B区,居住建筑冬季采暖需求大、能耗效率低,为了推广应用被动式超低能耗居住建筑,利用建筑能耗模拟软件DesignBuilder建立模型,并模拟建筑朝向、屋面传热系数和不同种类外保温材料等条件,对该建筑节能性能进行研究.结果表明:被动式超低能耗居住建筑最佳朝向为南偏西3~6℃;屋面传热系数的降低对空调能耗的影响要比对全年总负荷的影响更大;对比分析4种保温材料,发现聚氨酯板在夏、冬季均具有很好的保温效果.研究成果为长春地区居住建筑的建设与发展提供一定参考.Changchun belongs to the severe cold zone B,and the residential buildings in winter have large heating demand and low energy consumption efficiency.To promote the application of passive ul-tra-low energy consumption in residential buildings,the building energy consumption simulation soft-ware DesignBuilder was used to establish a model,and the building orientation,roof heat transfer coeffi-cient,and different kinds of external insulation materials were simulated to study the energy-saving per-formance of the buildings.The results show that the optimal orientation of passive ultra low energy resi-dential buildings is 3~6 C south by west.The reduction of the roof heat transfer coefficient has a grea-ter impact on air conditioning energy consumption than the total annual load.Comparing and analyzing 4 kinds of thermal insulation materials,it is found that polyurethane plate has a good thermal insulation effect in summer and winter.The study results provide some reference for the construction and develop-ment of residential buildings in Changchun.
