摘  要:为探究干旱锻炼能否提高紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa)的抗旱能力,研究其抗旱生理特性。本研究在水分胁迫前对5个抗旱能力不同的紫花苜蓿品种进行干旱锻炼,通过测定株高、地上生物量、相对含水量、叶绿素含量、MDA、O_(2)^(-)含量、H_(2)O_(2)含量、SOD与POD分析干旱锻炼对紫花苜蓿抗旱能力的影响。在水分胁迫下,经过干旱锻炼的‘甘农一号’‘游客’‘金皇后’品种的株高增长率与未经干旱锻炼的处理相比,分别增加6.1%、2.2%和3.1%。5个品种紫花苜蓿的生物量分别增加0.54、0.39、0.13、0.08和0.26 g。干旱锻炼后紫花苜蓿的SOD、POD和MDA含量降低。本研究表明紫花苜蓿通过干旱锻炼能调节抗氧化酶系统和膜损伤修复系统来提高紫花苜蓿的抗旱性。This study aims to investigate whether drought-hardening could improve the drought resistance of alfalfa and study its physiological characteristics of drought resistance.Five alfalfa varieties with different drought tolerance were drought-hardening before water stress.After drought-hardening,the plants were treated with water stress.The effects of drought-hardening on drought tolerance of alfalfa were analyzed by measuring plant height,aboveground biomass,relative water content,chlorophyll content,MDA,O;content,H_(2)O_(2)content,SOD and POD.The plant height of'Gannon No.1Visitor'and'Golden Queen'varieties increased by 6.1%,2.2%and 3.1%respectively compared with that of the non-drought-hardening plants.The biomass of the five alfalfa varieties increased by 0.54 g,0.39 g,0.13 g,0.08 g and 0.26 g,respectively.The SOD,POD and MDA contents of alfalfa decreased after droughthardening.The present study showed that drought-hardening of alfalfa could regulate the antioxidant enzyme system and membrane damage repair system to improve the drought resistance of alfalfa.
