摘 要:为满足不同品种的花生单粒精密播种需求,设计了1种种窝可调式内充种花生排种器,采用种窝调整盘与型孔盘相配合的工作原理,通过人工手动调节可快速调整种窝长度。利用EDEM软件对3个花生品种的种子在该排种器中的不同因素下的仿真分析,并利用MATLAB软件对仿真结果进行处理分析,确定了花生品种、种窝长度和排种器转速是影响排种质量的主要因素,获得了最优组合参数:‘四粒红’‘豫花37号’和‘豫花22号’的最佳种窝长度分别为9、12、15mm,最佳转速为40r/min;台架试验结果表明,在该组合参数下排种器的3个品种的单粒率分别为96.3%、94.6%和95.1%,重播率分别为2.1%、2.3%和2.7%,漏播率分别为1.6%、3.1%和2.2%;各项指标与仿真结果的误差较小,最大误差为2.43%,其结果均符合排种器排种性能标准,能够较好地适应不同品种花生种子的排种需求。In order to meet the demand for precise seeding of single peanut of different varieties,a peanut metering device with adjustable inner filling of seed nest was designed.It adopted the working principle that the adjustment of nest disc coordinates with the hole disc to manually adjust the length of the nest quickly.The main factors affecting the quality of seeding were detennined by MATLAB analysis of the simulation results obtained from analysis of the peanut seeds of three varieties under different factors in the metering device with EDEM software as the peanut variety,seed nest length and seed metering device rotation speed.Then the optimal combination parameters have been obtained.The best nest lengths were 9 mm,12mm,15 mm,and the best rotation speed was 40 r/min for variety Si Lihong,Yuhua 37 and Yuhua 22.The bench test results showed that the single seed rates of the three varieties were 96.3%,94.6%,and 95.1%under the above parameters.The replay rates were 2.1%,2.3%,and 2.7%,respectively.And the missed seed rates were 1.6%,3.1%and 2.2%,respectively.The errors between the various indicators and the simulation results were small.The maximum error was 2.43%,and the results of the seed metering device were in line with the standards of seed metering performance,which can better adapt to the seeding needs of different varieties of peanut.
