中国自由式滑雪雪上技巧运动员培养模式的构建

摘　　要：自由式滑雪项目有多个小项,我国在各个项目上的发展水平不一,其中以空中技巧的竞技水平最高,而雪上技巧的发展相对落后。在北京冬奥会的契机下,雪上技巧项目迎来新的发展机遇,但在运动员培养上与冰雪运动强国之间存在不小的差距,具体包括训练保障不完善、项目发展历史短、专家和师资数量不足、科研支持力度不够等问题。对此,要通过充分利用国家力量的支持、依托跨界跨项人才选拔的方式、增强国际交流合作、加大体育科研力度等路径,完善我国自由式滑雪雪上技巧运动员的培养模式。借助于构建完善的项目人才培养体系,提升我国雪上技巧的竞技实力,在后冬奥时代促进我国自由式滑雪项目全面开花,蒸蒸日上。There are many small events in freestyle skiing project,and the development level of various events in our country varies,among which the highest level of competition in aerial skills,while the development of moguls skills is relatively backward.Under the opportunity of the Beijing Winter Olympic Games,the moguls skills project are faced with new development opportunity,but there is a big gap on athlete training compared with the ice and snow sports leading nations,specifically including imperfect training guarantee,short history of project development,insufficient number of experts,teachers and scientific research support.For these problems,it should improve the training mode for Chinese freestyle skiing moguls by making full use of the support of national forces,relying on the way of cross-border cross-sport talent selection,enhancing international exchange and cooperation,increasing the strength of sports research and using other paths.With the help of the construction of complete perfect project talent training system,improve the competitive strength of China's moguls skills,and promote the full development and prosperity of our country's freestyle skiing in the post-Winter Olympics era.
