摘　　要：在后冬奥时期冰雪经济飞速发展的背景下,国内对于冰雪产业人才的需求量快速提升,黑龙江省作为冰雪体育大省,肩负着培养冰雪产业人才的重任。研究从加强冰雪产业人才培养的意义出发,发现黑龙江省在冰雪产业人才培养过程中面临着人才供需失衡、培养理念落后、专业设施不足、人才外流严重等一系列现实的困境。为满足市场对于冰雪人才的多元化需求,提出政府社会共同发力,形成多元培养主体;构建多元评价体系,综合全面产出人才;共建人才培养基地,创立人才培养范式;长远完善保障措施,改变人才外流现状等路径,以期破解当前黑龙江省冰雪产业发展方面的部分障碍。同时旨在为我国其他各省市冰雪产业人才的培养提供借鉴,丰富人才培养类型,推动我国冰雪产业的蓬勃发展。In the context of the rapid development of the ice and snow economy in the post-Wmter Olympics period,the domestic demand for ice and snow industry talents is rapidly increasing,and Heilongjiang Province,as a major ice and snow sports province,is responsible for cultivating ice and snow industry talents.This research starts from the significance of strengthening the training of ice and snow industry talents,and finds that Heilongjiang Province faces a series of realistic difficulties in the process of training ice and snow industry talents,such as imbalance of talent supply and demand,backward training concept,insufficient professional facilities,and serious brain drain.In order to meet the diversified needs of the market for ice and snow talents,it proposes that the government and society should work together to form multiple training bodies;build a diversified evaluation system to produce comprehensive talents;build a talent training base to create a talent training paradigm;and improve long-tenn protection measures to change the current situation of talent outflow in order to break some of the current obstacles in the development of the ice and snow industry in Heilongjiang Province.It also aims to provide reference for the cultivation of talents in ice and snow industry in other provinces and cities in China,to enrich the type of talent training,and to promote the flourishing development of ice and snow industry in China.
