摘　　要：“十四五”期间,辽宁省生态环境监测事业会迎来新的机遇与挑战。生态环境监测是生态环境保护工作的基石,生态环境监测起着支撑、引领和服务作用。在对辽宁省生态环境监测发展现状进行全面梳理的基础上,深入剖析了其面临的深化落实“垂改”、支撑能力提升、服务公众需求等方面的新挑战和新需求,同时针对生态环境监测能力提升,提出了辽宁省“十四五”期间生态环境监测工作发展的相关建议。During the 14th five-year plan period,the ecological environment monitoring in Liaoning Province will meet new opportunities and challenges.As an important foundation for ecological environment protection,ecological environment monitoring urgently needs to be strengthened as role of support,guidance and service.Through sorting out the development status of ecological environment monitoring in Liaoning Province,the challenges faced in deepening the implementation of"vertical reform",improving support capacity,serving public needs and other aspects were analyzed in depth.On this basis,relevant suggestions on the development of ecological environment monitoring in Liaoning Province during the 14th five-year plan period are put forward for the improvement of ecological environment monitoring capacity.
