陶化前处理在搅拌车结构件喷粉工艺中的应用

摘　　要：介绍了陶化前处理技术的原理。选取了国际某知名表面处理产品供应商提供的前处理药剂,对其在搅拌车结构件喷粉工艺中的应用进行了研究,并对陶化膜的耐蚀性及其与粉末涂层配套的各项性能进行测试。通过跟踪应用情况,对陶化前处理药剂的使用成本进行统计分析。结果表明,陶化膜与粉末涂层配套使用时,涂层的各项性能可满足搅拌车结构件的品质要求。与传统磷化处理相比,陶化前处理综合成本更低,时间短,工艺流程简单,槽液管理方便,绿色环保。The principle of zirconization pretreatment was introduced.The application of the pretreatment agents provided by a world-leading supplier in powder spraying process for the structural components of transit mixer was studied.The corrosion resistance of zirconization film and its compatibility with powder coating were tested.By tracking the application,the cost of pretreatment agents was analyzed statistically.The results showed that the properties of powder coating sprayed on zirconized part can meet the requirement of transit mixer.As compared with the traditional phosphating process,the zirconization pretreatment features lower comprehensive cost,less production time,simpler process flow,more convenient bath maintenance,and more environmental friendliness.
